Split Shipments: Why Your Order May Arrive in Separate Parcels

To offer a wider range of products, items in the same order may be produced and dispatched from different printing facilities or distribution centres—sometimes in different countries. Certain products may also need to be packaged separately to keep them protected during transit.

Because of this, your order may arrive in two or more parcels, and each parcel may be delivered on a different day or at a different time. This is completely normal and does not necessarily mean part of your order is missing. Printful also confirms that products fulfilled at different centres, or requiring different packaging, may be shipped separately.

When each parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing its individual tracking information. If only part of your order has arrived, please:

  • Check your inbox for any additional dispatch emails.
  • Check your spam or junk folder in case an email has been filtered.
  • Review each tracking number, as every parcel may have a separate delivery estimate.

Please allow any outstanding parcels to arrive according to their individual tracking updates. If all parcels are marked as delivered and something is still missing—or you haven’t received tracking information for the remaining items—please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the missing products.
