Custom-Made Products
All products sold by Dark Forces Australia are custom-made to order through our fulfilment partner.
Because products are created specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (measure yourself for the right fit before ordering)
- Incorrect colour selection
- Customer ordering errors
Please review all sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrectly fulfilled
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once verified, we may provide:
- Replacement product
- Refund
- Store credit
Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and fulfilment provider to investigate.
Replacement or refund options may be offered where appropriate but are not guaranteed; we review case by case.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to remedies for products that fail consumer guarantees.
