4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You agree that all information supplied is accurate.
  • You authorise us to charge the payment method provided.
  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins, at our discretion.

Once production has commenced, orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing errors, or other concerns are identified.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and import charges imposed by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
