A Length
Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.
B Width
Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

Each order is made to order, so please allow time for your item to be printed, packed, and prepared before it ships.
Processing time: Usually 2–5 business days
Domestic delivery: Usually 1–8 business days after dispatch
International delivery: Usually 1–20 business days after dispatch
Once your order has shipped, tracking details are usually added within 24 hours so you can follow your delivery.

Care Information
Printed apparel (DTG)
- Wash: Machine-wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with similar colors; mild detergent; non-chlorine bleach only when necessary; avoid fabric softeners; don’t dry-clean
- Dry: Hang-dry or tumble-dry low
- Iron: Cool iron inside-out; never iron the print
Printed apparel (DTFlex)
- Wash: Machine-wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle; use the recommended amount of detergent; don’t use fabric softeners
- Dry: Tumble-dry low or air-dry for longer-lasting results
- Iron: Cool iron inside-out; don’t iron the print
Embroidered clothing
- Wash: Machine-wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle; mild detergent; small amounts of chlorine bleach are okay (non-chlorine is better)
- Dry: Avoid soaking or piling while wet; don’t wring out; cool-air tumble-dry
- Iron: Iron inside-out (ideally between two cloths); don’t steam or wet the embroidery
Hats and caps (embroidered)
- Hand-wash only (machine-washing can ruin the shape and damage the embroidery)
- Use mild detergent (no bleach) in lukewarm water
- Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth if needed
- Avoid using brushes
Print care instructions:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
- No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
- Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.

Custom Made Products
All products sold by Dark Forces Australia are custom made to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful.
Because products are created specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- Customer ordering errors
Please review all sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrectly fulfilled
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once verified, we may provide:
- Replacement product
- Refund
- Store credit
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates a package has been lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and fulfilment provider.
Replacement or refund options may be offered where appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to remedies for products that fail consumer guarantees.
